Wordsworth Communications offers half-day training sessions to help make spokespeople familiar with various types of interview formats and journalists they will likely encounter.

Alumni of our program include individuals who were later interviewed on CNN-fn, CNN Headline News, and provided testimony before the U.S. Congress. Clients include some of America’s most outstanding companies, including Procter & Gamble, Verizon Wireless, and The Kroger Company.

Wordsworth spokesperson training includes identifying key issues and messaging, instruction by two or three media relations professionals, two videotaped mock interviews, critiques of the interviews by experts and instruction from a proprietary media relations guide developed by the agency, entitled "The Nature of the Interview".

Students leave with dramatically sharpened skills and a video CD of their "before" and "after" interviews to review in preparation before future media opportunities.
